A proposal for raising a stock of two millions of pounds sterling by subscriptions for Forming a Settlement, On each side of a Large and Convenient River in Acadia on the Continent of North-America. And to Improve a great Space of Land on each side thesaid River for Growth of Hemp and Flax, and for Importing Mast-Yards, Deals, Staves and other Timber, with Pitch and Tar, &c. in greater Quantities.
