    The case of the owners and freighters of the ship Worcester , In relation to the seising and condemning of the said ship and cargoe, in the high court of admiralty in Scotland; for reprisal of the Scots ship Annandale, seised by the English East-India company in England. And also the case of the late Capt. Thomas Green, commander of the said ship Worcester, and his crew, condemned and part of them executed in Scotland, for pretended piracy and murder.
