An essay proving iron far superior to stone of any kind, for breaking and grinding, of corn, grain and pulse Also, proving an hand-engine, upon an entire new construction, perfectly superior to any thing of the kind ever offered to the public. To which is added, an appendix, containing proposals for manufacturing the grinders of iron, and hand engines. Also obviating some supposed difficulties, and descrinbing real improvements. Seriously recommended to the perusal of the public in general, and also soldiers of rank, country gentlemen, merchants, farmers, brewers, malsters, millers, bakers, chymists, druggists, colour-men, and painters in particular.
