A Particular of the manor of Great Coates Healingfee, and the Gross, in the county of Lincoln, with the lands and tenements thereto belonging. The inheritance whereof John Arnott, Esq; agreed to purchase of Sir Robert Barnardiston, for the sum of 25000l. by articles bearing date the fourth day of June, 1720. And paid 9873l. 11s. 7d. in part. A true and exact particular and inventory of all and singular the lands, tenements, and hereditaments, goods, chattels, debts and personal estate whatsoever, which Robert Surman , Late Deputy Cashier of the South Sea Company, was Seized and Possessed of, or Intituled unto in his own Right, and which any other Person or Persons was or were seized or possessed of, in Trust for him, or to or for his Use and Benefit, upon the first Day of June, 1720. or at any time afterwards, according to the best of the said Robert Surman's Knowledge or Belief (the necessary Wearing Apparel of himself, his Wife and Child only excepted.) And likewise, A full and true Account, according to the best of his Knowledge, Remembrance, or Belief of what part of such Lands, Tenements, Hereditaments, Goods, Chattels, Debts, and Personal Estate he hath Conveyed, Aliened, Transferred, or otherwise disposed of, and to what Person or Persons, by Name, at what Time and Times, and for what Price and Considerations, either paid down or secured to be paid. Together with the abstract of the same.
