A Particular of the manor of Great Coates Healingfee, and the Gross, in the county of Lincoln, with the lands and tenements thereto belonging. The inheritance whereof John Arnott, Esq; agreed to purchase of Sir Robert Barnardiston, for the sum of 25000l. by articles bearing date the fourth day of June, 1720. And paid 9873l. 11s. 7d. in part.
