A plan for the better providing for the poor of the city of Edinburgh , by an alteration of the system of management of the Charity-Workhouse. Drawn up for the information of a committee appointed by the judges of the Court of Session, and the Lord Provost and Magistrates for the purpose of inspecting the management of that charitable establishment; And now humbly submitted to the consideration of the Inhabitants.
