    The authentick trylas [sic] at large of John Swan and Elizabeth Jeffryes , for the Murder Of the Late Mr. Joseph Jeffryes, of Walthamstow. And of Henry Simons, a Polish Jew, On an Indictment For Assaulting James Ashley, of London, Merchant, and putting into his Pocket three Pieces of Foreign Gold, called Ducats, with Intent to charge him, the said James Ashley, with a Robbery. Both Try'd at the Lent Assizes at Chelmsford, for the County of Essex, 1752, before the Hon. Mr. Justice Wright, and the Hon. Mr. Justice Forster.
