1 volume 381 [401] ff. (last bl.). 4to. 20 1/2 x 15 cm. Original half-vellum binding over wooden boards: clasp wanting. Ff. 178, 179, 336-357, 388, 389, 399, 400 and a leaf at the end are missing: fol. 155 is damaged, with a 15th century repair using vellum slips. Ff. 280-299 have been dropped in the foliation.  Written by several different hands, some sections in double column. Some capitals and paragraph marks in red. Pasted on the outside of the upper cover is an original vellum label-about a third of which has been torn away-containing a list of the contents of the volume.
