1 volume 162 leaves (last 2 blank). 4to. 191/2 x 151/2 cm. Original stamped vellum binding. Some leaves water-stained.

Zisat, Johann Baptist

1 volume 91 leaves atlas folio. 45 x 31 cm. On vellum. 19th century boards. The lower part of f. 54 has been cut away. The lower margins of many leaves are frayed. Finely written in double column of 42 lines in a clear gothic hand with headings and paragraph marks in red, and some good large ornamental initials also in red. The Ptolemaic World-map on f. 65v is in red, green and black, and the small diagrams (f. 8v) and the Tables of Consanguinity (ff. 53r, 54r) are in red and black. The last 5 leaves are un-numbered, but the others have the original foliation, and the volume contains folios 19-22, 25 (misplaced before folio 19)-31, 41-88, 90, 95, 106, 111, 113, 115-118, 120-137.

Isidore of Seville, Etymologies

1 volume 93 [94] leaves [folios 340-431]. 4to 21 x 14 1/2 cm. Early 19th century. morocco gilt binding. Foleave 429 has been wrongly bound after foleave 428 which it should precede. This MS. at one time formed part of a larger volume. It is foliated 340-431, with a number dropped after foleave 340. A leaf has been cut out between foleave 386 and foleave 387, but without loss of text. Written in a clear humanistic, 20 lines to a page. Chapter headings and marginalia in red, partly rubricated. Space for large captials. A few contemporary marginal notes. Possibly produced in Venice.

Medical miscellany

1 volume 32 leaves (last blank). folio. 28 1/2 x 21 /2 cm. Levant morocco gilt binding by Rivi?re. The first 5 leaves and foleave 21 are wanting: most of the leaves from foleave 15 onward are damaged, especially in the lower margins.
