Report of the Committee of Commerce & Manufactures, instructed on the 15th ultimo, to enquire and report in what manner, and to what effect the act suspending commercial intercourse with France, has been executed 14th February, 1800. Committed to the committee of the whol House, to whom is referred the bill in addition to the act, intituled, "An act further to suspend the commercial intercourse between the United States, and France, and the dependencies thereof."
