Description

Impressions from two cylinder seals. On the left is a black stone seal incised with two figures making offerings to animal gods. It was purchased by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in 1931 and accessioned in 1935 (R238/1935). The other seal is ivory incised with a deity figure and an inscription. It was purchased at auction by the Museum in 1923 and accessioned in 1938 (accession number R2390/1938)
