Photograph of the final two pages of an excerpt from the minutes of the meeting of the managers of the Royal Infirmary, Edinburgh, dated 6 August 1877, concerning Lister's resignation as Surgeon to the Infirmary. It is one of a number of photographs accumulated by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum as part of its exhibition held in 1927 to celebrate the centenary of Lister, in conjunction with The Royal Society, The British Universities Hospitals and Medical and Surgical Colleges.
