Description

Photograph of an edoscope illuminated by means of a candle. The instrument is a development of the auriscope introduced by John Brunton. Aural, rectal and urethral tubes are provided. It was acquired by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum at an unknown point and accessioned in 1963 (accession number R83/1963)
