Description
Photograph of three silver nutmeg graters. From left to right, the first is silver and comes with a velvet-lined black fishskin case. The second is shaped like a barrel and decorated with silver repousse. The third is also made of silver. The first two were purchased by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in Brighton at an unknown point and accessioned in 1918 (accession numbers R10421 and R10422). The third was acquired by the Museum at an unknown point and accessioned in 1923 (accession number R14590). None of the items are held by Wellcome Collection.
