Description

A volume of copperplate engravings produced to accompany the work Seisetsu ihan teikō shakugi, with illustrations by Aōdō Denzen (1748-1822) and text by Udagawa Genshin (1769-1834), published in 1808. The plates for this book were printed sheet by sheet and pasted onto thick card on which the commentary had already been printed using woodblocks.
