Photograph taken on 6 February 1937. The Emberá are an indigenous people of Panama and Columbia, previously known as the Choco or Katio Indians. The photograph was acquired by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum and accessioned in 1937 (accession number PHO 9927). Related images: M0005709, M0005711.
