Photograph of the upper and lower jaw bones from a human skull showing signs of disease, from a prehistoric Ethiopian cemetary uncovered at Gebel Moya, Sudan. It was acquired by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum after Sir Henry Wellcome's archaeological excavations at Gebel Moya, 1911-1914 and accessioned in 1937 (accession number R424/1937)
