Reproduction of a wax plaque showing a human embryo at five different stages of development. The M Series register suggests the plaque is 19th century and German. It was acquired for the Wellcome Historical Museum in 1951 but is no longer held by Wellcome Collection. Related images: M0012186EB, M0012186EC
