Meeting papers for Council Executive Committee meeting held on 24 Sep 1996, including minutes of CEC meeting held 29 Jul 1996. A number of meeting papers concern bottle feeding and baby formula, including a paper for discussion on the interpretation of infant formula regulations for the NCT, and papers concerning NCT's relationship with Boots, including a paper from BPGC on breastfeeding promotion and commercial companies, "Why going with Boots would be detrimental to breastfeeding".
