Description

Photograph of the maker's marks on two pairs of obstetrical forceps acquired by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum at an unknown point. One pair is a Levret type II pair of forceps and was given accession number A158135. They are now held by the Science Museum (object number A158135). The other is a pair of forceps made by Dumay, Paris. They were accessioned in 1915 (accession number R1411). Related images: M0019950EA, M0019951EA
