Description

Photograph of a case of amputation instruments including an amputation saw and knives. It would have been used by a military surgeon. It was purchased by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in Paris in 1929 and accessioned in 1936 (accession number R4211/1936). It is not held by Wellcome Collection.
