Previous title, replaced January 2025: To the left by a tree Daphnis stands and plays a flute whilst Chloe sits holding a robin; behind them are green fields, apple trees and a green sea with two galleons with red sails. Gouache by Brenda Marshall, 1956.

Interpretation of the artwork is given by an unidentified hand on the reverse. Creator's name and date of creation are inscribed on the reverse, probably by Edward Adamson.
