This Report is arranged according to the instructions given in Circular 2604 which was issued by the Ministry of Health in March, 1942. SECTION A. STATISTICS AND SOCIAL CONDITIONS OF AREA. During the year I have continued to carry out the duties'of Medical Officer of Health temporarily in an acting capacity for Dr. A. B. Eollows. b. Others. Mr. R. E. Hulse, Cert. R. San. I., is a whole^ time officer and combines the duties of Borough Surveyor and Sanitary Inspector. (ii) There have„been no developments or changes in the services provided under the following heads;
