Description
WWS saw Challenor at STH in Oct 1963 and later gave evidence at the enquiry into the circumstances in which it was possible for Challenor, a Detective Sergeant in the Metropolitan Police, to continue on duty at a time when he appeared to be suffering from mental illness.
