Description

Photograph of the backs of two North African skin scrapers, one in the form of a dog and the other a crocodile. The dog shaped one was acquired by the Wellcome Historical Medical Musuem at an unknown point and accessioned in 1921 (accession number R22298. The other was acquired by the Musuem at an unknown point and accessioned in 1958 (accession number R675/1958). They are not held by Wellcome Collection.
