"Memorandum of an Agreement between TRC and ICI in regard to penicillin"

Various items of correspondence, beginning with a letter (8 December, 1941) from T R G Bennett to Dr T B Maxwell (May & Baker Ltd), referring to "abortive negotiations" between ICI and Wellcome Foundation, to previous negotiations between ICI and May & Baker, and also to future co-operation "with the new ICI subsidiary when formed" (p.4). Other documents in the file include:
