The original paper was published in the 'Guy's Hospital Gazette', 1904. It was published with the 'Addenda' as a presidential address to the Harveian Society of London in 1907. Very few copies were printed, and the full title was: 'The Life-work of an 18th Century Man-Midwife, Wm. Waylett, 1757-1815, of Lydd, Kent'.
Location of duplicates
A copy, printed on one side only, and cut up, is bound in with MS. 4979 [Waylett (W.)1 & Waylett (W.)2].
