    [00:00:00] Armand Sprecher talks about use of experimental treatments for Ebola Patients, decision making around Dr Khan [Sheik Umar Khan] not being given ZMapp, comments on MSF being routinely accused of experimenting on Africans in Ebola outbreaks, controversy of Samaritan’s Purse workers receiving ZMapp, involvement of Public Health Agency of Canada in Sierra Leone. [00:04:45] Ethical issues and different arguments around administering medical trials/treatments/vaccine for Ebola. [00:09:50] MSF involvement in different vaccine trials. [00:12:00] ZMapp, RCT [Randomised controlled trial] of ZMapp, less cases of Ebola now, comments on things he hopes would be resolved for future Ebola outbreaks; treatments and ‘marketing’ problem. [00:16:00] Reflects on mobility of people being a main problem of this Ebola outbreak, lack of contact tracing, behavioural change and educating local people. [00:20:29] Interview ends.
