Previous title, replaced January 2025: A multicolour hollow shape in perspective resembling a question mark, on a green ground; left, the head of a man. Watercolour and pencil drawing by R. Leathers, 1968.

On the reverse is a pencil sketch of a mechanical object resembling a rocket launcher. Hospital ward, creator's name and date of creation are inscribed on the reverse, probably by Edward Adamson.
