Description
Reproduction of a page from an unidentified 16th century manuscript, held by the Royal Library, Brussels. It includes an illustration depicting a mandrake being uprooted by a dog and a man stood next to him, with text in Latin above and below. Another photograph of this image was accessioned by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum on 12th October 1935 (PHO 5101).
