Wooden statue of Saint Adrien (Drien), Breton saint invoked against intestinal ailments and from 12th century onwards against the plague. The statue was purchased by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in 1934 and accessioned in 1938 (accession number R452/1938). It is not held by Wellcome Collection.
Wooden statue of Saint Edern patron saint of Landeyron, Brittany. Various legends describe him as an associate of King Arthur. The item was acquired by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum at an unknown point. It is not held by Wellcome Collection.
Wooden statue of Saint Hubertus, also known as Hubert (c.656-727) one of the six healing saints from Notre Dame du Haut, Moncontour, Brittany. Invoked against rabies. The statue was purchased by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in 1928 and accessioned in 1937 (accession number R2410/1937). It is not held by Wellcome Collection.
