Description

One of a series of leaflets (historical pharmaceutical containers) issued by The Distillers Company (Biochemicals) advertising Distaval and Distaval Forte ("Safe sedation and sounder sleep") alpha phthalimidoglutarimide. The front cover is beige with two views of a 1700 Venetian ceramic drug bottle (Aqua lactucae) bearing an illustration of buildings, towers, a small bridge and cypress trees painted onto it.
