Description

Reproduction of a photograph of the reverse side of a stone stoup supposed to be a natural stone adopted for the purpose because of its natural shape. The stone was found near Ludlow and much Wenlock, Shropshire. Reproduced in Proceedings of the Society of Antiquaries of Scotland, 1886-1887, p.388. Related images: M0013933
