Comprises St. John Ambulance Association certificate of training in home nursing, to Lena Hayman (later Mrs. Samuel), who nursed in a military convalescent home at Blackrock outside Dublin during the First World War, 1914 (RAMC/1691/1); and supplement to the London Gazette of 17 September 1965, containing the citation of Major Clive Marshall Samuel, RAMC (Territorial Army), for the Order of the British Empire, 1965 (RAMC/1691/2).
