HEA  Re-organisation Implementation Discussion Groups', Cross-Divisional Consultation Group's  and Information Task Group's meetings: minutes and agendas; memoranda and correspondence; proposed re-organisation and its schedule (top management's correspondence), pre-re-organisation consultation papers and meetings. It seems there was some resistance from local branches, the box includes correspondence from 1989 with the Nalgo branch of HEA about a formal dispute with HEA over the latter's lack of consultation with the branch re: re-organisation.
