Correspondence regarding statistics on the physiology of Thalidomiders, updates to BodyMap, invoices for compiling data for BodyMap, correspondence regarding data analysis on BodyMap data, Newman's notes on data to include in BodyMap, lists of BodyMap definitions and coding for different conditions arranged by area of the body, annotated drafts, correspondence regarding updating information in BodyMap, a report on the functional classification of thalidomide limb damage, notes from a meeting about HealthLink changes (13 January 2012), correspondence regarding gathering data for BodyMap, minutes from a HealthLink Operations Meeting (4 July 2011) and notes from a BodyMap meeting (28 March 2013).
