Photograph of a Staffordshire ware Essex type leech jar decorated in dark blue, yellow and gold on a white ground. Marked on the bottom with "Alcock" and a beehive. , It was purchased by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in 1917 and accessioned in 1959 (accession number R92/1959)
