Description

Photograph of a medieval jug with traces of green glaze, with handle and lip. It was found in an ancient well in Broad Street, London in 1865 and is thought to be 14th century. It was acquired by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum at an unknown point and given accession number A150696. It is now hled by the Science Musuem (object number A150696)
