Description

An artwork by Tuberculosis Patient 1 - "John" which shows two figures in a misty landscape wearing white head coverings, with expressions of fear on their faces and in their hand gestures. There is a small white dog to the right.

This artwork was numbered '6' in Rita Simon's sequence.

The artwork is reproduced in The Symbolism of Style Plate 7.5 and discussed in detail by Rita Simon on page 122.

The title has been taken from the caption used in The Symbolism of Style.

Rita Simon classified this artwork as Massive Transition.
