Photograph of the final page of a letter dated 22 January 1908 from Sir Hector C. Cameron to Joseph Lister referring to a function at Glasgow the previous day at which Cameron had read a letter from Lister and a speech about Lister at the luncheon. It is one of a number of photographs accumulated by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum as part of its exhibition held in 1927 to celebrate the centenary of Lister, in conjunction with The Royal Society, The British Universities Hospitals and Medical and Surgical Colleges.
