Photograph of two walking sticks of the type carried by physicians, both surmounted by pomanders in chased steel. The one on the left is probably 17th century and was acquired by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum at an unknown point and given accession number A500351. The other was acquired by the Museum at an unknown point and accessioned in 1915 (accession number R1172). Related images: M0019804EB
