Transcultural Psychiatry Society (UK) newsletters

Incomplete set of newsletters produced by the TCPS. They contain overviews of TCPS' activities, book reviews, sectoral news, and articles on subjects including racism and depression, deaths of mental health patients in police custody, racial bias and schizophrenia, pathomimesis, experiences of minority ethnic health care workers, institutional racism and psychiatry, cultural attitudes in families, and postnatal depression in women from Black and minority ethnic groups.

The newsletters had various runs over the years. This file comprises the following issues: number 4 to 7 (September 1982-May 1985); volume 2 to 4 (October 1993-October 1994); issue 1 to 8 (Autumn 1998-Summer 2001); number 7 (December 2003).
