Improved Combination of Ingredients for Use as an Embrocation for Relieving and Curing Gout, Sciatica, Neuralgia, Influenza, and similar Complaints. I, Thomas Stephen Mathew, of 5 Gordon Road, Bounds Green, West Tottenham, Middlesex, Brick Maker do hereby declare the nature of this invention to be. as follows :— The object of this invention is to produce a liquid, or semi liquid compound from 5 a combination of Sulphurous Acid, Turpentine, Glycerine, and water, forming an embrocation for the relief and cure of Gout, Sciatica, Neuralgia, Influenza, and kindred complaints. The embrocation may he rubbed in the part effected, or simply laid on by means of cloths saturated with the compound as found desirable. 10 The proportions of the ingredients may be varied to suit circumstances but as an example for general use I mix together ; 7 ounces of Sulphurous Acid 1 dram of Turpentine 1 dram of Glycerine 15 4 ounces of water.
