Description

Symbols include a pound sign, red cross, question marks, a heart and a sand timer. A key to the symbols and colours in the images is written by Edward Adamson on the reverse. Hospital ward, creator's name and date of creation are inscribed on the reverse, probably by Edward Adamson.
