Contains photographs of infant Down's syndrome patients from Japan, karyograms showing diakenisis in Down's syndrome, four prints of a cell karyogram sent by D G Harnden, one unlabelled print of a karyotype and a sheet of card showing a karyotype from "Cell A", a print of a diagram showing degrees of likeness measured by correlation for traits caused by additive alleles on a pedigree chart, and a karyogram of chromosomes in a Klinefelter-Down's syndrome case.
