Description

Painting of a Lancaster bomber in flames and it's pilot descending by parachute to the village of La Houssoye in the Oise department of France. Inscribed by the creator in pencil on the front, and signed on the reverse. Creator's name and date of creation are inscribed on the reverse, probably by Edward Adamson.
