About this work

Description

A certificate of attendance of lectures in anatomy and surgery delivered at the theatre near St Andrew's Exeter Hospital awarded to Mr J. Patch, possibly a son of John Patch. The certificate is decorated with an image of William Harvey (1578-1657) English physician. It was presented to the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in 1955.
