Four cabinet photographs (ca. 13 x 9.5 cm.) on a single sheet. Cabinet photographs are usually cut up and pasted individually on a photographer's mount: this is an uncut sheet. The same two males appear in all of them, having sex in a photographer's studio with a painted backdrop, an ornate carpet and a chair. The pair are also shown in an accompanying set of carte de visite photographs by the same photographer (Wellcome Collection 2046207i).
