Description

Photograph of two Roman razors. One has a pierced handle and incised decoration and was found at Bologna. It was purchased at auction by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in 1932 and accessioned in 1936 (accession number R8536/1936). The other is rescent-shaped and has a loop handle. It was purchased by the Museum in Italy in 1931 and accessioned in 1936 (accession number R8531/1936)
