Description

Two image on one negative: a pan from a balance for money weights and the a box containing the money weight balance and set of weights, possibly from the 18th century. The label on the box says Caspar Grevenberg. The item was purcahsed by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum and accessioned in 1918 (accession number R10536). It is not held by Wellcome Collection.
