Comprises a study report titled "Evaluation of the peripheral nervous system in patients with thalidomide-induced limb malformations" (January 2013), related papers and correspondence (with some Newman annotations), drafts of paper co-authored by Newman titled "Neuropathic changes in asymptomatic lower limbs in people born with upper phocomelia", and a sub-folder titled "Neuropathy/healthlink Imp. Coll. Investigation 2009". This contains correspondence regarding arrangements for research study meetings, early project papers, correspondence regarding the research proposal, meeting notes, Newman's notes, Newman's confidential comments on a project proposal regarding thalidomide embryopathy and deafness, a list of possible study candidates, Thalidomide Trust HealthLink Operations meeting notes, notes from other meetings, and medical correspondence about participants.
